INSURANCE

Initial Appointment

 

Please call Northeast Behavioral Health Center if you are interested in more information or have any questions. Please be prepared to leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. If you move forward with scheduling an appointment, you will be emailed a link and login information for a portal that will contain all relevant intake paperwork, office policies, and HIPPA consents. These documents will need to be completed prior to your first scheduled appointment.

Rates and Insurance


Our providers are individually credentialed with some insurance companies, some of which include Aetna, United Healthcare, and Optum. New clients are advised to contact their insurance company prior to their first appointment to check benefits.  If clients do not have benefits to cover services, it is advised that clients check the out-of-network benefits with their insurance carrier.  Upon request, receipts with procedure/treatment codes will be provided for clients to self-submit for out-of-network coverage reimbursement. Flex-spending accounts may also be used to cover costs of treatment.  Fee for service is also available. Our administration will also be able to answer insurance questions or provide you with information where you can have your questions answered.  Payments are expected at the time of service and can be made with cash, credit card, or check.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are charged the full session amount.
